3. Get personalized insights: With more data, the app is able to provide progessive personalized insights that helps you understand how your blood pressure changes in correlations with your lifestyle and medications.
4. Train to manage your BP: 3-month personalized coaching program trains you to manage your BP with daily bite-sized actions on measurements and lifestyle.
