★★★★★ I don't get notifications on my phone when I'm away and my alarm goes off. I don't know if it's the fact that I changed phones or that I reset the hub. I used to get them when I had Samsung 6 and now have the 8. Other than that I love the alarm but it's pointless to have it if I can only hear it when I'm home. Please fix it. :-)

★★★★★ This app works flawlessly with my Oxa Smart security hub. People who are saying this app doesn't push notifications on time, have not set correct notification options. They will have to check the option to 'wake screen' on notification. Ever since I have done that, I get all security alerts immediately from door bell to contact sensor trigger on my phone. Devs should have explained it better in some FAQs.

★★★★★ After adding your device use "bind push" under device sharing. Once you do this Alexa can add the An-Home smart home skill with the S/N and password

★★☆☆☆ Security system needs work; you've got issues. #1 Security gateway keeps going offline and I keep having to turn off the gateway and plug back in for it to go back on my wifi network/ online. Not sure what the deal is with that, I have saved my wifi name & password. Also, Wifi and LAN auto setup features for the initial security gateway setup doesn't work. LAN feature doesn't make sense to me if you can't plugin directly to your modem. #2 When there are multiple users and one users arms/ disarms the system over the phone app and another user then logs on their app, their system settings don't reflect that the system has been armed/ disarmed/ bypass; just look at security logs. Also, can't delete the system/ gateway to reset it if there are other users. When adding back the "deleted" security gateway, all accessories and settings still the same after initial setup. #3 Can't delete security logs. Also, log is lacking info like what user armed/ disarmed the system. #4 Alarm and doorbell sound should be able to be played through an Alexa device and not just the security gateway device. #5 Doorbell sound, should be able to play whatever sound/ mp3 file the user want to have; example Camplo, Luchini would be an awesome doorbell song/ chime to hear. #6 English user guide/ set up manual needs a lot of work; not translated well; example "see 12th page". Also, missing, in my opinion key set up steps. Plus, screenshots in manual are super small and dont work/ are useless. Manuals should be error free, make sense for users to understand to set up and use correctly to avoid customer issues/ complaints from the start and potentially avoid a return or bad customer reviews. # 7 Alexa commands need work. Doesn't "flow" right with the English language. Example "Alexa tell Bluedog to ringing". Should be "Alexa ask Bluedog to ring". # 8 Should be able to move the order of accessories around; not just have them listed as they were added to the security gateway. # 9 Accessories. Notes should be called name. # 10 Doorbell/ Notifications. There is a setting to change the doorbell ring or notification, not super clear on purpose, feature doesn't work. Not sure if its is because of multiple users/ home occupants or something else. # 11 Doorbell notification over user's phone would be nice. If a feature already, doesn't work. # 12 "Night time"/ "Away" mode available. Let's user customize what sensors or motion detectors or cameras are enabled/ disabled when users are still in the house, but want to arm the system (for night time mode) or what sensors/ detecors/ cameras are on/off when the users are away (for away mode). Both armed mode selections/customizations should be saved ti avoid the user from switching accessories on and off depending on the arm mode; just need to push away or night to arm. Keep it simple "stupid" (KISS) method not just for programming but for usability too. If all those issues/ enhancements are made (plus a few more, you'll have a great system and make more money. Otherwise, not a great or even good DYI home security system; useless. I am getting something else and most importantly a refund. This product and app suck. If you can't do it right, then don't bother to do it at all (words to live by).
