Using the ANACITY IN app, you can effortlessly perform the below actions: • Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc. • Track vehicles entering the gated community. • Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help. • Book or order from local services. • Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter. • Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors. • Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate. • Inform expected visitors to the security. • Lock and unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security. • Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue. • Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said facility is malfunctioning. This feature is unique to ANACITY. • View and pay dues. • Access Apartment Member Directory. • Track and Update Action Items of the Society Managing Committee. • Access Apartment Maintenance Staff details. • Switch between apartments for those who are part of multiple complexes. • Add new members to the application. Through the ANACITY application, residents of a community can receive automated alerts and notifications such as, • Alerts for School Bus pick up/drop of your child • Alerts for Guests/visitors to the flats • Alerts for domestic staff attendance • Alerts for important notices and meeting reminders • Automated reminders to pay maintenance dues. We use this for our society's management and maintenance invoices. The payment options are very bad, only UPI is free, CC/Debit card payments are charged at hefty 3.5%, Net banking is also charged, not friendly app from payment perspective.

Basic entry gate functions don't work well. Notification when you click will vanish. No way to check the app and approve. Why can't you just simply follow my gate or no broker hood???

It is a sinister app, which is very vulnerable to scams. Especially, the voting process can be easily manipulated, leading to the society management reigns going to wrong hands. Please be cautious to its vulnerabilities. Also, it is very opaque.

The number of ads in the app is too crazy. Ads even on entry approval page, really bad.
