Description by Blackfox Media LLC Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
Built for anatomy and A&P students — nursing, pre-med, allied health, biology — and anyone who wants the parts of the body to finally stick.
A COMPLETE WRITTEN COURSE
Twelve chapters, one per body system, running to roughly 61,000 words — 19 to 34 minutes of reading each. These are not flashcard summaries. Each chapter names the material rather than gesturing at it, with 18 worked examples, 77 key-fact callouts and 55 clinical correlations.
THE TABLES ANATOMY ACTUALLY REQUIRES
119 reference tables hold what a course has to contain: all 206 bones by region with counts that reconcile, the twelve cranial nerves with function and foramen, every named artery and vein, every muscle with origin, insertion, action and nerve, every nephron segment in order. Twelve historical plates sit beside the passages that explain them.
TWELVE SYSTEMS
• Skeletal — bones, bone tissue, joints, axial & appendicular skeleton
• Muscular — muscle structure, connective sheaths, tendons, major muscles
• Nervous — neurons, brain, meninges, cranial nerves, spinal cord
• Cardiovascular — heart chambers & valves, conduction, vessels
• Respiratory — airways, lungs, alveoli, pleurae, diaphragm
• Digestive — GI tract wall, stomach, intestines, liver & pancreas
• Urinary — kidney anatomy, the nephron, ureters, bladder
• Endocrine — pituitary, thyroid, adrenals, islets and the rest
• Lymphatic & Immune — nodes, spleen, thymus, vessels, lymphocytes
• Integumentary — skin layers, epidermal strata, hair, glands, nails
• Reproductive — gonads, ducts, uterus, ovaries & testes
• Special Senses — the eye, the ear, smell and taste
THEN PLAY IT
• 312 scored challenges: identify-the-structure, key-term drills and anatomy questions
• QUICK PLAY — endless blitz across every system, three lives, rising speed, and a combo multiplier up to 4× that rewards streaks
• PLAY BY SYSTEM — one system at a time, earn up to three stars for mastery
• STUDY CARDS — 240 cards shuffled across all twelve systems with the answer hidden until you tap, so you have to recall it rather than recognize it
• REVIEW — every question you miss is remembered, and Review replays just those until you get them right
• KEY FIGURES — the counts anatomy is actually examined on: 206 bones, 12 cranial nerves, 31 spinal nerve pairs, the lung lobes and vertebral levels
Miss a question and you get the correct answer plus a concise explanation, so every mistake teaches you something.
SOURCES
Every system cites its sources: Gray's Anatomy, Moore's Clinically Oriented Anatomy, Standring, Netter, Tortora, OpenStax, and Terminologia Anatomica for nomenclature. The anatomical plates are historical public-domain illustrations, most from Gray's Anatomy of the Human Body (1918), each carrying its own credit line.
BUILT TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY
No account. No sign-in. No advertising. No analytics and no tracking of any kind. The app requests no Android permissions at all — not even internet access — so every feature works offline or in airplane mode, and your progress stays on your device.
Covers the structures, histology and gross anatomy of a college anatomy / A&P course. Physiology mechanisms live in our companion app, Physiology Arena.

Recent changes:
Fixed the Quick Play button being cut in half on tablets and Chromebooks — the home screen now scrolls instead of trimming whatever does not fit. Spelling corrected to US English in the anatomy lessons and the About screen.
