I had a problem with this bank. But the bank owner called me fixed the problem. Paying for expedient mail service. So I could get my new bank card fast. Also sent me a gift card to apologize on the behave of the whole bank.

This new app is a piece of garbage. After a couple of days you have to uninstall and reinstall because it will just crash. It's a process to get your stuff back too when you do this. The format is awful and ugly to read as well. Seriously, I don't understand why they made a whole new app when the old one was fine.

Zero stars. I'd give them a minus 10 stars if I could. Going on 2 months without mobile deposit for our business. Not the banks fault, but NCR that wrote the code for this POS. Bill pay took them well over a month to get working. App crashes a lot and have uninstalled/reinstall. This morning neither the app nor the ain online banking website would allow us to login. The bank is great, the service provider is terrible. I hope they haven't paid NCR for this garbage work.
