Installed the app, no app icon anywhere. Reboot device, removed app and installed again, same thing. Back to the free version I go... -update: after info from the developer (Pro version is just a key/license and needs the "free" version installed to work), I stand corrected. I have re-purchased the Pro version and now have an ad-free FTP client (with the option to switch between active and passive mode, which is a requirement for me).

Although this has an outdated UI it works well as a ftp client, and it used to be my go-to ftp app. Unfortunately it doesn't support session resumption for FTP over TLS, which is required if you use FileZilla Server v1.0.1 for security reasons. If you use FileZilla Server v1.0.1 you will need to use another app Total Commander (checking box "SSL encrypt") as AndFTPPro won't connect to FileZilla Server. Hopefully this app will be updated to fix this issue.

Three years after the report we still don't get to choose (or even know) if the file will resume (good) or overwrite (bad) before the download continues. "Allow resume" should mean "allow resume" not "allow resume or overwrite at our discretion".
