AndroidSam is a Text-to-Speech synthesizer in 5 languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian & German).
This app also proves well as a language learning tool, if you're stuck for pronunciation of a word or phrase, this tool will help.

English (female voice) French (female voice) Spanish (female voice) Italian (female voice) German (female voice)
This application will use the built in Google APIs to speak, therefore the above language selection/accents are dictated by Google. If you have a 3rd party speech synthesizer enabled then voices may vary
