★★☆☆☆ The app says not connected to the internet and the website are gone for support. The only way I could email is through kickstarter, and they have not responded. Done with their bad device.

★★☆☆☆ After waiting 4 years to receive the Angee, I was excited to finally install the camera as well as the extra security tags I purchased. Getting the camera up and running was pretty simple. But I have been unable to link the tags and have already contacted the support email with no response. This is what happens when I try to link the tags: -when trying to link tags it goes to "update firmware" mode. (Which is fine if it must do that but) from here it either a. Takes me back to main menu and does not indicate what to do next, so I get stuck in this loop of add tag - update firmware - add tag - update firmware B.sometimes it takes me to connect tag page. 95% of the time it stops here. I click the button to place tag, and it does nothing, until I have to back out of that page and start over. -5% of the time it allows me to place tag, it changes screens. The device list adds one more device for a second and then disappears. Then I have to try to go through this process again. I have 3 tags and have not been able to add one. I have not received any response from support. I'm beyond frustrated with this whole process. I gave 2 stars because the camera works.

★★☆☆☆ Useless Product needing Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on is ridiculous It continually arms when home. And proceeds to alarm whenever the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth resets
