Used the mobile deposit and man oh man is it picky lol. Took 18 photos of a check, and it constantly told me failed to upload or asked me to make sure the app is the most up to date... The app is fully updated, and I am connected to Wi-Fi that is very fast (I use it for gaming...also tried it with 5g mobile data) still no dice... Gave up and tried an hour later. Had to take three photos this time buyout voilà it was successful. Perseverance is key!!

Running balance does not work. I can't tell you how many times it says I have more money in my checking account than I actually do. One day you have a thousand and the next it says you only have fifty dollars. They need to do much better on actually tracking their customers transactions.
