★★☆☆☆ An elderly family member had reached up to level 9000. Turned on her game one evening and was back at level 8000, she contacted support, and they said they'd be able to fix it and give all her levels back if she connected a Facebook. Gave her mine as she doesn't use social media and when I logged into the game with my facebook it factory reset the whole game back to level 1! Contacted support through the app and have yet to get a reply, truly upsetting as she has spent 8+ years on this game. 😞

★★☆☆☆ The second game with masks is stupid all I want to do is click on the box then you got to buy something well forget about this. Only one is first game you got me good and frustrated thanks for nothing

★★☆☆☆ I've been playing this game for years. Now the ball skip bubbles that I shoot directly to, and I have not been able to play the bonus game with the red bird for a year. This is why I stopped buying in game options as I used too.
