I appreciate the fast response from the developer along with their suggestions on workarounds. I've changed my rating to reflect. I've finally managed to change the password and my child can now once again access the app properly. Still can't seem to do it via the parent app but hopefully that'll change shortly with updates. My child loves this game! ***previous review*** Pretty much useless. Can't reset child password because of an unknown error. Parent account is fully activated.

It's great! Except one thing, I've been having a problem with the update email feature. Every time I try to update the email to my current account it keeps saying that a unknown error has occurred. Please get that fixed. Besides that, it's a really great tool for my animal jam account and when I want to change my password.

So far, the beginning screen looks nice! The one problem is, my mother can't login to her account.... She tried to reset her password, but she didn't get the message/email. So, she can't login. If you know how to fix this, please tell me. Edit: She fixed it! Thank you :)

I'm incredibly annoyed. It won't let me change my password even when I'm logged in through my parent account. Then when I go on animal jam and say I forget my password it tells me the same email I use for the parent account is invalid. How am I able to log into my account if you folks don't fix the parent account issues.

I cannot change the password for my account at all. It will only have a pop - up saying "Unknown Error Occurred" and it's been doing this for 3 months now.
