Long time Ire player. Was initially put off by the difficulty of beating the sentinel. After that battle and getting used to the controls, this is a very fun and challenging game. A great addition to the animus games.

Personally at the beginning I didn't like the gameplay as much as in the other games, but after beating the Sentinel and Downcast it became a lot more fun and found interacting with npcs quite refreshing after the level/stage based progress in the last Animus games and Ire. Not that far yet still, but I can definitely say this is a great game.

Still not fixed. When I target an enemy the moment pad locks and I cannot move. Touch screen controls are not easy at all. Need some serious fixes before this is playable. EDIT Down to one star as I'm unable to use my PS4 controller.

The lock-on doesn't work unless you are basically right next to the enemies and for a quick dodge after you attack can not be done, so you end up standing for a very brief second which that opens you up for attack the fighting is not as fluid as it should be, and the graphics could be pumped up a little it's over 2 GB on switch so am sure they could pump some more data in this game to give it an edge. Brutal this game is but graphically and controls needs updating

Dev is scam. I bought Animus stand alone and Animus Harbinger Unpacked. Both those game are gone from my purchase history and cannot redownload it. So I don't know how long Animus revenant will stay before it gone too. So avoid it.
