(Hypothes.is is an open source project to annotate (highlight, comment, etc) the Web, a "peer review layer for the entire Internet", including a reputation system. Annotations can be private or public, and can form a conversation. A free account is required to create annotations.)

Doesn't work for me either. Sometimes I get a "not a valid URL" error. Other times it simply does nothing. It's a great idea though, and something I'm amazed hypothes.is doesn't already have on their own. It may not be working properly in newer versions of Android?
