As everyone says, the first one WAS better. It had customisation, perks,
you could CHOOSE a level and it overall had more stuff. The 2-D style also
doesn't really help, it makes the levels very alike, and I loved the
original for the diversity. I played all levels in the original, and I
really hoped this one would be the exact same, just with different balls,
pedals and levels. Nope. It doesn't even feel like Anodia anymore, just a
brick breaker. It will be fun if you haven't played the original yet, but
for us... Meh. And yes, I miss Trevor :( Developers, if you are reading
this...can you bring back the old Anodia? Please?...

I don't get it, the fist Anodia is great. It's just like they dumbed down the whole game and tried to make it all about the levels instead, which feel less interesting than the first game. No customization takes away a lot of the fun and makes you feel like there's nothing to work towards. Graphics don't look or feel as dymanic, and the whole lottery amd coins aspect doesn't add anything to the game whatsoever, the first time I used the lottery I thought I was going to get a new paddle or ball or something like that, but a new level? We play through the game to get new levels, who cares about unlocking random ones just for the hell of it. Strange that the developer went this way with the sequel, the first had way more to offer and played better too. Only reason I gave it a 2 star was because the first is the best brick breaker out there.
