In the years following the invasion of Earth in 2018, the planet is overrun by alien machines. Humankind is on the verge of extinction. Banded together in huge convoys, they search the frozen tundra for food and supplies. Since the war, the roles have been reversed: now our species seems to be the Anomaly on a machine-controlled planet. Your convoy, Commander, is called Yukon.
Anomaly 2 takes the RTS tower-offense concept from Anomaly Warzone Earth to a new level. The core elements of the original are spiced up by a number of important new features:

Unquestionably the best of this series (Anomaly Korea was the worst due to massive game killing glitches BTW). Update, I've seen the reviews saying it no longer works on current phones. All I can say is that, for me, using a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra the game appears to be working fine. I'm replaying all the levels (only one the second currently) and will update if I run into any issues...

Awesome game, big download. Just a fair warning if your Wi-Fi is less than premium. Worth it though. Starts off at a kinda basic pace with great tutorial. Selectable difficulty on each level seems well graded.

I just paid 4-$5 for an app that doesn't work because it was created for an older version of Android. It doesn't even load to the title screen. Why? Because the developers are too lazy to update their software. Thanks!!! DON'T BUY UNLESS THEY FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!

Only works if connected to internet. If offline, game will crash after the intro movie and freeze my tablet, making me have to restart it.

Doesn't work offline. Found out the hard way game will crash after opening intro unless connected to Wi-Fi. It will still say there's an issue with Google play, but the game will run. Will change rating after fix.
