Ordered a MasterCard using the bank's app. There's no history of my order, neither status of card opening process. The bank uses special "code word" for so-called double authentication, but here is the trick, the bank personnel keeps telling me that my code word is not correct. Even though I changed it, made a screenshot from updating my code word, but it's useless. They still can't find out my code word on their database. The first online bank!

This bank is the worst digital bank in Uzbekistan.

Had an unlucky chance to contact the support, because my profile was on my old phone number. After 3 consecutive days trying to transfer to the new number, I just gave up. Lost 50k in process. Overall app was incredibly buggy. You don't expect it from banking app
