Mounted a rooftop HDTV antenna, to watch TV for free. Since my Android MJ Technology TV Tablet, would no longer power up & turn on, there was no way to watch TV shows and broadcast News media. Had to buy an HDTV Tuner receiver, to display on a Monitor, but ended up returning it within a week, after it didn't get any channels' reception but software displayed on the monitor. Then I downloaded this App, and it Located me on map and revealed, near HDTV towers. Found out antenna aim west, the wrong way.

Works good. Downloaded and chose towers and turned phone to point at them. Lined up front edge of antenna base with edge of phone so that antenna is facing tower. Compass says this is about 250 degrees clockwise from north.

Incredibly simple idea. I pointed it towards stations and traced a line next to my phone on a piece of paper. Pointing it towards more stations, Drew line. Next station, drew line. Now I have three specific directions to aim my antenna if the signal isn't great. As long as I keep that piece of paper pointing in the right direction. Good job guys.

The other antenna apps work fine with my Google Pixel phone and the compass works great. This app doesn't move at all when I rotate my phone, rendering it completely useless.

The pointer doesn't move, it uses to work, but now it only points one direction. X

Doesn't work at all. It shows the towers like the website, but doesn't use the phone's compass information to update the orientation as the app claims.

I'm not getting any channels at all now. TV is good, cables are good. Guess I'm just too far away from any OTA tv channels. Tried several antenna direct antennas with no luck with getting a single. Signal boosters and preamps aren't helping either. Even though I've enabled precise location on my phone. It's not showing any channels in my area.
