I've been impressed with this mower and app so far. I have a small patch of grass separated from my main lawn, and I've tried many times to add it to the map, but the mower doesn't add it as a separate patch. Could you add a way to extend the map but manually adding the separated grass?

I'm pretty happy with this mower so far, though it's still just the first week, and I'm still learning its processes. I like that we can set the angle relative to the base station, and I like that we can set it to perform a second pass. That makes the mowing results a lot cleaner. I do wish there was an option to automatically make the second pass perpendicular to the first. Thus far, I've been doing it manually.

I purchased the Anthbot lawn mower, and I am very impressed. After a slight learning curve, the mower works as described. The customer service is excellent. I have to mention one of their representatives by the of Zoe. She is wonderful. Every time I contact her she responds. Highly Impressed with the quality of the Anthbot and the company support.

Apps keep crashing. Two different android phones and a tablet all crash plus hundreds of reports from Facebook groups all claim the same issue. This needs to be fixes ASAP developers.

No satellite image overlay for the yard map makes it difficult to properly manage no-go zones or trees. The app or device forgets where it was mowed after getting stuck or shutdown or after a few days of mowing. The alert boxes often don't respond to being clicked closed and block you use of the app. Mowing angle/direction is only available in the global mowing mode not zones. Zones and no-go zones can only be rectilinear, so everything has to be a box. Hopefully it improves quickly.

Absolutely hopeless. To register you need an emailed verification code that expires in 60 seconds, but takes 3 minutes to be delivered. Helpdesk takes 24hrs to reply, so you can't even get started.
