Simple, efficient, antagonistic. It really does help with phone addiction. I just wish you could activate two blocking modes at once. Like a daily limit & a timer at the same time. Other than that, I think it's the best phone restriction app out there.

Useful. Shows you how much time you spend on each app each day. You can have a list of blocked apps, and then either set a daily timer for how long you're allowed to use them, or block off certain days on the calendar, so you can't use them on those days. Needs improving: the daily timer doesn't reset each day, you need to do it yourself! Plus it would be nice to choose a time it resets, e.g. 2am, in case I'm up late.

Really useful for blocking certain hours, but many features don't work. I've downloaded this on a Google Pixel 6a and followed all the recommendations, like turning off battery optimization. However, everything ok the home page (score, usage, unlocks, social media minutes) does not track properly. Additionally, even the block feature doesn't work sometimes as it says antisocial has encountered an error. Overall, still a useful app but many issues.

Why does it always reset? I set blackout parameters for certain apps then for no reason, nothing is blocked anymore. So strange
