Antistress Revolution

The Gen Z Antistress Revolution is a movement aimed at breaking the stress cycle of an amazing young generation! The antistress coaching app is the fuel that empowers each and every awesome follower.

In a world of complicated, this app is SIMPLE. When you’re stressed, complicated just makes it worse. That’s why we provide ONE clear option when you’re logged in – Are You Stressed? – click here!

Then we guide you from there, and it’s like having your own life coach with you at all times.

We’ll take you step-by-step through the problem you’re having in that moment. You’ll choose your answers to questions from a list of options or filling in text responses. Each step has an educational explanatory video to help you thoroughly understand the process.

These videos are SIMPLE 1 to 3 minute cartoon videos! Easy right?

One of the best features of the app is being able to join chat groups to talk to other people who deal with the stress the same way you do. You can help each other create your antistress alternatives and know you aren’t alone – you are connected to a group of your peers who want to help themselves too.

The coaching method guides you through deconstructing your stress response to the actual trigger you’re experiencing and reconstructing an antistress alternative that makes you feel so much better!

This process is SIMPLE and will become familiar so that it gets easier and easier to use and you work through your stress faster and faster.

This app is not trying to impress you with how many tools it can offer you – it’s designed to provide you with effective, practical coaching with as little content as possible so you can get back to your day!

The app empowers you to help yourself by increasing your emotional intelligence: your ability to understand, manage and use your emotions in positive ways. This is a learned skill that will attach to every area of your life for life. Emotional intelligence is the greatest indicator of success whether it’s with relationships, lifestyle habits or career goals.

Emotional intelligence is what gives you resilience and faith that you can handle the ups and downs that life inevitably brings and create the best outcomes possible.

Antistress is your state of being - physically, mentally and emotionally - that you experience when your stress response is off. It opens you up to your greatest state of health, happiness and fulfillment.

The best part? Antistress spreads like a wave to the people around you, and that’s how together we can create a movement and break the cycle of a generation… and any generation can join the Revolution! No matter how old you are, you are supporting those around you when you become part of the antistress wave rather than part of a stress epidemic.

Gen Z can pass on antistress habits to the generations behind them and create a legacy of positivity and wellbeing. Gen Z, you have the power to change yourselves and the planet when you’re fueled with Antistress!
