Antrenman: Rep Counter Camera

This app is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any
disease. Consult your doctor before starting an exercise programme.

Lean your phone against the floor or a wall, set the camera at your side, and
start training. Antrenman tracks your skeleton, counts your reps and times your
plank. Every valid rep gives a short click and a haptic tap, so you never have to
look at the screen.

THE CAMERA IMAGE NEVER LEAVES YOUR DEVICE
Frames are processed in device memory only. They are never sent anywhere, never
stored, never written to disk. No account, no server, no analytics. The network
is used only for ads and purchases. Camera permission is requested solely for
counting.

TUNE IT TO YOUR BODY
The angle thresholds are an app assumption; they are not based on any medical or
sports-science source. So we give you two ways to fix that: "Calibrate" asks for
3 slow reps and fits the thresholds to your own range of motion, or you can shift
them by ±15% under Settings > Sensitivity.

FOR BEST RESULTS
• Set the camera at your SIDE; facing it head-on distorts the angles.
• Keep your whole body in frame.
• Make sure the room is bright enough.
