Met de app van Antwerp Tax kun je makkelijk in heel Antwerpen je taxi bestellen. Onze taxi’s staan 24 uur per dag 7 dagen per week voor je klaar. En altijd binnen 5 minuten voor je deur.
Na het downloaden van de app kun je meteen je taxi bestellen. Wanneer je vaker gebruik maakt van de app, kun je gemakkelijk een account aanmaken, zodat je rithistorie bewaard blijft, je favoriete bestemmingen in kunt voeren en je betaling makkelijker kunt maken door je betaalgegevens toe te voegen.
Je kunt gemakkelijk de taxi die je nodig hebt bestellen. Wil je zo snel mogelijk opgehaald worden? Kies voor ‘Taxi’, de snelste optie. Ben je met een groep van 5 tot 8 personen? Kies voor ‘Busje’. Wil je met een uitstootvrije wagen? Dan selecteer je ‘Eco’.
In het scherm zie je hoe lang het duurt voordat de taxi bij je is. Daarbij zie je een indicatie van de ritprijs en hoe lang je onderweg bent. Je kunt je taxi uiteraard ook reserveren voor een later tijdstip. Daarnaast kun je aangeven of je veel bagage bij je hebt, een huisdier mee wilt nemen en met hoeveel personen je bent.
Als je je rit hebt besteld, zie je de taxi naar je toe rijden. Daarbij staan jouw chauffeur en auto met kenteken. Na de rit kun je je chauffeur beoordelen.
In een Antwerp Tax betaal je zoals je wilt. Met pin, creditcard of cash in de taxi, maar ook met de Antwerp Tax app. Voeg je creditcard, PayPal-account of klantenkaart toe aan je account en betaal je taxi met de app.
De Antwerp Tax app is onderdeel van taxi.eu. Daardoor kun je in meer dan 100 steden in Europa je taxi bestellen met de Antwerp Tax app.

We ordered a cab using antwerp tax in advance and got a confirmation for this order. At the reserved time, no taxi was available, and we got a waiting screen saying our ride was being assigned to the next available car. In the end the taxi arrived 30 min late. No point of reserving or using this taxi service or app. Rubbish service !!!!!!

Sorry, but one star for a known issue: can't send text to confirm phone. I keep going to the competition (DTM) who use the same app (same developer but branded for their company) where phone confirmation worked. Either you can't have the 'same' app confirmed twice (developer mistake) or ATM hasn't got their system configured right? When I get to choose between an app or a phone call, I'll be booking DTM every time. Pity.
