Anuda HRM

Anuda HRM is the dedicated internal management tool designed exclusively for the employees of Anuda Realty Private Limited. This app streamlines daily operations, ensuring transparency and efficiency across our office and construction project sites.

Key Features:

Smart Attendance & Geofencing: Seamlessly Punch In and Punch Out. The app uses precise location tracking to verify attendance at specific construction project sites, ensuring you are credited for your time on-site.

Task Management: Stay on top of your responsibilities with real-time task assignments. Receive instant notifications for new tasks, site updates, and project milestones.

Live Location & Route Tracking: To support our field staff, the app tracks location during working hours to manage site visits and ensure safety and coordination while traveling between project locations.

Vehicle & Travel Reimbursement: Easily log your travel for company business. Whether you are on a bike or another vehicle, you can submit distance and travel details for quick and accurate reimbursement processing.

Work Progress & Daily Reports: Submit daily work reports and site progress updates directly through the app. Upload data and photos to keep the team informed of project status.

Working Hours & Timesheets: Automatically log and manage your working hours, helping you keep track of your productivity and monthly attendance history.

Note: This app is for internal use by Anuda Realty Private Limited staff only. Valid company credentials are required for login.

Recent changes:
• Add to call and Transfer now list your colleagues, your recent calls and your phone contacts — search any of them by name or number.
• Adding a colleague to a call now works. Earlier only outside numbers could be added.
• The call screen now says Calling… and Ringing… instead of starting a timer at zero, and tells you why a call ended — busy, declined, no answer.
• See everyone on a conference call, and remove one person without ending the call for the rest.
