Any Tracking app works well, device from Swiss track, model (RF-CAR...) using it for bike works good, but when it's inserted, in the seat post, the device goes offline. Please advise or assist to that issue.

Don't buy the Swiss track product. It is a cheap chinese made tracker. It doesn't even come in a box. It is not even the same one as in the video. Listening feature doesn't work. You need to scream into the device for it to be able to capture the sound. The accuracy of GPS between 70 m to 100 m. There is no live tracking. Only location update every 10 minutes. Battery life is one week down to 10%. The sim card they sell doesn't support any of the alarm features. It is a waste of money. The app is

GPS parodic and can't log back in. So I have had trouble with the tracker for a month or so now, the GPS is parodic even though I update the real-time, says I'm still in the same spot I left over 3 days+. The sim card slot is flimsy came loose inside the case, so is difficult to take the sim back out so now have to take the case apart. I thought I would reset the tracking history to see if that would help the tracking, now I can't get back into the app as it does not recognize my password etc.
