★★☆☆☆ This app is unusable due to insane restrictions all to be safe. Security via obscurity. I tried for hours, and I could not finalize registration process. In addition, there is no option to request pin to be sent via mail. Horrible experience. You need to be a rocket scientist to make use of this app. I already use AoK App and AoK Bonus App, and I already received PIN via mail. Why do I need to do it again? You have all my data already?

★★☆☆☆ It keeps crashing during the authentication process. I can not complete registration. I've tried reinstalling the app several times but still keeps crashing.

★★☆☆☆ The video ident is a joke. I went through the whole process, got the confirmation cide per sms, then we closed the call... and then you cannot enter the confirmation code anymore. Great experience!
