I expect this will help to reduce my work load but at the end it becomes double work. I still need to key in Excel because the data in these apps can't be extracted out in Excel format! Technical team really need to figure this out, we pay for efficiency not for double work.

Users shouldn't have to uninstall previous version in order to update to latest version. Should make it easier for user to auto update to latest version.
