I noticed the apex device is sending out a heart beat, but the apex app on my phone has stopped updating the GPS location. My question to Apex is when will the update take place. Theblocation for my issue is as follows: in the Phone App > Details > Device info > update(May 6th 2021, 10 days ago)

★★☆☆☆ I was forced to pay for this garbage system with my new car, location doesn't update and there is no "live" tracking as I was told by the dealership, now I'm stuck with it for 5 years.....
