Totally fraud. The system is faculty, never picks up the call to resolve the matter. When asked to resolve, their executives ask to call up the same number through which Apollo Customer care gets connected. My daughter's reports couldn't be retrieved for eternity since they have automatically deleted my number enrolled with them.

Extremely poor and irresponsible service. My report was delayed without any proper explanation. Medical reports are time-sensitive, and such negligence is unacceptable. No updates, no communication, and no accountability. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend this lab to anyone.
