This app has been improving over time, is still not as useful as the webpage but almost 95% of my regular operations can be done through this tool. Wish the interface would stop changing that much every update. Love fingerprint scanner integration. It has the option to download and save payment receipts for credit card payments or transactions, even to upload directly to a cloud service.

Bad, current issues :slow, freezes and won't let you log in at times. I suppose it could be worse but maybe hire some of the citi bank developers to help the Mexican citi develop their app. Gosh, how is banking app so mediocre.

A lot of basic functions like adding cards to the electronic wallet don't work, and it crashes regularly when opening the app.

Funds magically disappear don't trust this bank there tellers are horrible at helping so far I'd say that they have stolen 1000 plus pesos
