App Blocker Lite

App Blocker Lite helps you reduce distracting phone use and build better daily habits.
Instead of relying only on hard lockouts, App Blocker Lite gives you a more intentional system: block distracting apps, complete habits, earn unlock time, and use your screen time more mindfully.
Whether you want better focus, healthier screen time, or stronger app boundaries, App Blocker Lite gives you practical tools that work directly on your device.

Important permissions
App Blocker Lite may request:
- Usage Access, to detect app activity and generate usage insights
- Display Over Other Apps, to show the blocking overlay when a blocked app is opened
- Notifications, for reminders and status updates
These permissions are used only to support the app’s blocking, awareness, and habit features.
Privacy
