This bank has the worst customer service. Not necessarily the employees but the policies. I wanna fight every time I go into a branch over stupid and unfriendly bank procedures that employees follow with blind devotion with no logic present

I used to love this app. The new update is very buggy. No fingerprint sign in, it's not even used to confirm transactions like the previous version. It asks for an OTP for everything, even if you're sending money between your own accounts. It's slower and is full of visual bugs and fails to scale properly with your device screen. They updated the app to be less functional.

This app is supposed to be more user-friendly than te previous version. Guess what, is not. It's more complicated and is full of bugged.
