App Lock - Lock Apps & Vault

App Lock helps you protect your privacy by locking the apps you care about behind a PIN or pattern. Choose which apps to lock, and every time someone opens one, they must enter your PIN or draw your pattern before it opens.

Set up a 4-digit PIN or a pattern in seconds, and unlock instantly with your fingerprint or face when biometric unlock is available on your device.

Key features

Lock any app
Pick the apps you want to protect from a simple list and lock them individually. You stay in control of what is private.

PIN and pattern
Secure your apps with a 4-digit PIN or a pattern of your choice. Switch between the two whenever you like.

Biometric unlock
Unlock protected apps with your fingerprint or face for fast, convenient access when supported by your device.

Private vault
Move photos and videos into an encrypted vault so they are hidden from your gallery and kept private. Import, view, and export them whenever you need.

Auto-lock timeout
Decide when apps re-lock after going to the background: immediately, or after 30 seconds, 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes.

Disguise the app icon
Change how App Lock looks on your home screen by choosing an alternative icon so it blends in with your other apps.

Uninstall protection
Turn on device admin protection to help prevent others from removing App Lock and bypassing your locked apps.

Security questions and recovery
Set up three security questions so you can reset your PIN or pattern if you ever forget it. Answer at least two correctly to regain access.

New app reminder
Get a reminder to lock newly installed apps so nothing private slips through unprotected.

Many languages
App Lock is translated into a wide range of languages so you can use it comfortably in your own.

Take control of your privacy and keep your apps, photos, and videos protected with App Lock.
