A very good app! Helped me curb impulse spending late at night on fast food apps and others, and I saved a lot of money. I only wish Strict Mode would intelligently block specific parts of Device Settings rather than all settings but basic Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I have to choose between truly blocking everything I want blocked, or being able to change settings on my phone when I need to, so I can add a new Bluetooth device or do more than connect to 1 of 3 devices already paired.

This is an absolute gem of an app. I've used other apps before, but this is the only one that actually makes me feel like a better version of me is talking me out of being addicted, instead of just straight-up blocking me. I love the features where you have to wait a few seconds to do actions, so you can actually take a moment to think if you really need the app. Some functionalities, like location, are extremely useful, since they let you focus at home but also let you scroll a bit inadeadmoment

Helps me concentrate and reduce time on my phone. However the app sometimes miscalculates weekly average screen time sometimes even by an hour, and that is frustrating because you'll feel you are doing a better job than you actually are

I am not sure what happened, but I got a 4-minute timer on all my social media apps. I think that I can safely go on one of those Apps for an hour without the block popping. I think there's some kind of issue with it right now. I wouldn't recommend until it is fixed.

Big bugs - I got app block plus a while ago and liked it, but now it keeps blocking apps that I have not blocked, don't want to be blocked and instead of streamlining my phone usage and removing distractions, it is a hindrance to my normal necessary usage. Another bug is that for any setting permission, the app gets instantly blocked and that means it gets really hard to use necessary apps, like parking apps or anything like that. Does it really need to instantly block setting permission?
