"They are committing a major fraud here. For example, the actual price of a mobile phone is 25,000 taka, but they list it as 30,000 takas and then sell it for 25,300 takas as if it's a discount. In short, they are doing this with every product."

I am very disappointed with online services. They mostly prioritize local customers. I ordered a tws on home delivery via the app 3 days ago. Still, they are not confirmed anything, I don't know if I'm I get the item I ordered. They are also very ignorant on WhatsApp too. Which is frustrating. Can't tolerate such bad service.
