Can be force stopped There is a setting that prevents the app from being uninstalled, but there is no setting against force stopping it through the app manager, which defeats the apps purpose and renders it useless.

When it works It works great I downloaded it to my sons tablet so he wouldn't download games or watch youtube. He's 3 and some how manages to by pass it to get into those apps.
