★★★★★ These apps really helps a lot for me to register account. Thank you HLB!! ❤❤ Smooth and easy interface. Apply on 16th July, successfully activate 18th, very fast. Now waiting for debit card in 14 days period. ☺ The customer service also give excellent service and quick response. For user that have problems, maybe it depends on intermet connection or phone type. But still okay for old phone like mine. For improvement, maybe HLB can give customer the Account Confirmation Slip for new account.

★★★★★ Not sure why other ppl say kenot. I apply on Thursday 11pm, next day Friday 4pm my account is activated after deposit. Very fast, applied the debit by on9 also, so easy so fast. Other ppl why can't? Sure do as instructed?

★★☆☆☆ Useless app. Still have to go to branch to complete the Hong leong connect registration. Purposely use this app to open an account due to no time to go branch, at last still have to go branch. Really useless.

★★☆☆☆ Ask me to go to branch?! I'm existing customer of HLB and I checked existing customer can apply HLB wallet. But at the end still can't. Also, no provide any reason.
