Best CRM I've used, and I've tried many. Was an ACT! User for years until I couldn't put up with the many software bugs. Tried Salesforce, which is fine for a large organization that collaborates, but expensive. Tried Zoho as well, not impressed. Apptivo is perfect for me, very customizable yet not expensive. Their customer service is tremendous, chat available instantly, and they did a conference call with the demo to get me started (for free). Thrilled so far and I've only scratched the surface

Big Customer Service Fail Barely had registered and had started setting up some permissions when I received a call from the customer service department. If it had been 2:00 PM I probably would have been fine with it. In this case it was 5:56 AM when they called. Considering I provided my phone number on the same screen as I provided my time zone, there is no excuse. How about this apptivo? Use some of your superior computing power to offer me a choice as to how obtrusively you offer help?

It's the worst App I have ever used. It constantly kicks me out of the program in the middle of inputting data. So, I have to start all over again. Sometimes I have to try to download data 10-12 times before it will work. This is after I uninstalled and reinstalled the program numerous times, and it does whether I'm on Wi-Fi or not. Your App sucks donkey dicks.

It can be developed at more advance level. Could not see any kind of reports nor summary box nor filters.
