Is there any option for negative rating ? I take AMC from them for water purifier. 1. I need to remind every time for the servicing 2. After many complaints when they sent so-called technician who Clearly shows lack of knowledge and massed up the things now water purifier not working completely. 3. They just wanted to close the complaint even it's not resolved. Fed up with the service. If you not resolve my issue asap I will fire a complaint against you in consumer forum.
