Comments on AR Bearing + Baseplate Compass for Android
★★★★★
What I was looking for! All compasses are based on GPS and/or Bluetooth...but when you're in remote wildeness...where the hell should I find signal?! This is the answer - you do not need it! Great job
★★★★★
Nice app for hiking trails Fun app to use. Like the way it is able to get the bearing on the camera installed on Samsung mega no problem with it yet. Would be great if you had an inclination scale with it.
★★★★★
Great compass I like the ability to point with the camera to get a bearing.

Works really well. I, too, had the problem unable to connect to camera when I changed my phone. But removed app and reinstalled and works really well.
★★☆☆☆
Unable to set an image as the background such as a photo of a map. It only uses the phone's camera. I searched through all the settings to no avail. My request for assistance from the developer has not been answered. Shame.
★★☆☆☆
Compass is both inaccurate and inconsistent. I compared to two other
compass apps simultaneously which were both accurate.
★★☆☆☆
CANNOT FIND CAMERA It says it cannot find camera. ALCATEL ONE TOUCH POP Android 4.4.2 1.3Ghz. 512 megs Ram. Never got a chance to even try App.
★★☆☆☆
Programmers have given up. I paid for it the permanent license, and used it fine for a few years, but now it says it's not compatible with my phone. Samsung, g such a rare brand. I think these programmers have just walked away.
★★☆☆☆
When I got this app, there was no pro version. Now that there's a pro version, some features in the app are now disabled, and I must buy the pro version to get them back. This is called the "bait and switch" scam. The developer is a scammer and should be jailed. I UN-installed this app because I will not be scammed.
★★☆☆☆
Not showing correct direction The compas shows wrong direction. It almost totally rotates with the mobile phone.
