AR Helicopter Training by Mauna Loa Helicopters & Augmented Island Studios, is the first spatial computing/augmented reality helicopter training software for beginner pilots. Our application allows students to visualize and learn helicopter flying aerodynamics and maneuvers lessons from an immersive perspective. In addition, our app offers a portable pre-flight experience and a hover mini-sim. Our app was built by helicopter pilots, for helicopter pilots. Enjoy!

Wow nice app, the flight simulator it's entertaining and the lessons are really great with those visual examples, keep up the good work :D

The information in the app is super helpful, but I don't like the AR at all. Sometimes the heli lets me walk around it to see the front, and sometimes it stays fixed at a certain angle that I can't change. Sometimes it lets me rotate and moves the heli by touch and sometimes not. Also, at times the heli quickly floats off-screen? Sometimes I can find it behind me, if not, I have to restart the preflight section. (I had AR off in the main lessons cause it worked better)
