★★★★★ My tv subscription has ended and been told to renew it but firstly, ive veen asked to download the Arabist app on my android.I renewed the subscription but have no idea how to start watching on TV. Could u plz tell me step by step what to do to start my subscription on my TV as I didn't want it on my phone. Secondly I was reading the reviews and u were giving them m.me/arabcast.tv to contact the customer service were its taking me to nowhere to report my problem. Plz I need help asap

★★★★★ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED This service is great. They have most of the Arabic channels even the premium ones. And the best part is they can add channels on demand, so that if you like certain channel that is not available in their list, they will make it available within 24 hours without additional costs. Furthermore, the customer service is one of the fastest you will ever meet. They are available 24/7, and they reply within less than a Minuit. You can try by yourself on Facebook chat. Another great thing is that they provide you with 2 days trial for free. And a lot of discounts and promotions for loyal users as well. Finally, they are very welcoming to suggestions. I suggested a bug-fix, and they did it immediately the next day.

★★☆☆☆ Worst app ever. Don't waste your money. None of the channels is working, keeps spinning and good luck contacting customer service. There is no reliable way to contact customer support not a valid email, wrong number on WhatsApp, and they don't respond to Facebook messages! Save your money& energy and get Sling or Shahid or something else more reliable.
