Say goodbye to paper slips and emails. Arbor lets you book parent/guardian consultation slots, register your child for a club or trip, and manage payments all from one place. You can also use it to check in on your child's attendance, behavior & academic progress.
Arbor is only for parents at schools using Arbor Management Information System (MIS). If you're not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school office.
Use Arbor to: - Take a look at your child's key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far - Edit contact details for your child such as your home address or phone number - Register your child for an after-school club - Register your child for an upcoming school trip - Take a look at your child's behavior information, including positive & negative behavior points awarded this year - Manage your child's payment accounts and pay for meals or trips directly - Track your child's academic progress, including the targets they're working towards this year - Download report cards - Book slots at parent/guardian consultations - See your child's timetable - Add new medical information about your child - Check upcoming homework assignments

This App is really useful however sometimes the messages don't always come through. One thing that would be useful on this app would be the ability to delete old messages or ones that do nt concern you class as you can spend so much time looking through them. I think with this tweak the app would be better

A most awful app. If you are a headteacher or school administrator shopping for an app, please avoid this one. The app is difficult to navigate, unintuitive, and if you book clubs for your child at school but wish to cancel, you can't do so from the app. You need to email the school to request they do it from their end. In addition, it is most difficult to log in to your account. Sometimes your password/email will work when using the browser but not when using the app and vice versa.

It's like they set out to make an app as bad as possible. It's completely unintuitive, hard to navigate, and has so many unnecessary steps. When Arbor is the only way to pay for things like after school clubs and class photos, a confirmation page after payment should be an absolute minimum, but it just takes you back to the page you were previously on, leaving you wondering if you'd actually paid. I would love to know how much Arbor are fleecing our schools for this utter rubbish.

Since arbor update 16jun, from 18jun I am unable to login to parent arbor app and parents via our school's site as keeps saying "Incorrect password or username" or "Entered credentials not valid ". I have to click "forget password" each time to reset password to login, but then it forgets my details. Have uninstalled/reinstalled app, removed cache, checked on other devices but nothing works. School unable to help fix.
