Description
Requires a Finalburn Alpha rom set in zip format, accessible on your device or external memory card, no roms are provided. Most Mame sets are compatible but 7z files are currently not supported.

Not looking for online play? Offline is fully supported and will send no data to our servers.
We support over ~1500 roms via a fully graphical rom browser. Pads and joysticks fully supported in game, we've tested a wide variety of bluetooth and usb controllers.

After fiddling around with just about every emulator, front end or multi-core emulation app I found that getting it right with FBA and MAME romsets is not easy. I've tried every app recommended or popular in the emulation community with mixed results. I just happened to come across Arcade Storm as it came up in a MAME search and is one of the few Android TV compliant options. Fantastic! It recognized 85% of my FBA rom collection, recognized my shield controller and had a UI is a snap to use. I like that the interface shows only what is compatible, aims for compatibility and is a snap to use. My requests would be: -A view of just the incompatible ROMs -Metadata; just enough so that we aren't stretching setup, loading and performance. -A "Favorites" mechanism. -It appears some settings are tough to get to once you have set up the app for the first time. Some basic interface updates would be good. This app has filled a void in Android emulation.

I've added 1 star (4in total) to my initial review because of the dev replying that the emu requires final burn compatible roms (which i wasn't aware of) i searched and easily found a compatible version of sf3 3rd strike and its running flawlessly but the issue of no one playing it online still persists. Which i guess isn't the developers fault... I think dinosaur planet needs to advertise this emu more and put the word out that it exists and inform new users that it requires final burn roms. If i can get into an online match of fighting games like SF3, MVC and SAMSHO on my phone id gladly pay $ for this app..

No server for Asia can't connect to us or uk server it says unstable connection

Doesnt work, It connects just fine and is able to load my ROMS, but when I try to start a game, regardless of offline or online, it crashes instantly. Then if I try to keep reopening the app it crashes over 3 times, before it stops. Its currently unplayable. I hope there might be a fix coming soon because Multi Snes9x is laggy and Retroarchs Gamepads are trash.

what? there is literally nothing there to tell you how to even get the app going. Im i supposed to have a folder named Roms in my main directory? i tried that and it didint work. what amni supposed to do to start playing?
