For the people giving it 1 star: you need to download and install the ARCore Service from the google-ar GitHub page. This isn't a limitation of the app but of the Android system. ARCore was rushed to beat Apple so it isn't fully fleshed out yet, don't hate on this dude who put the Unity sample on the app store for people to try out.
