Description

ArcVita helps you eat in balance and drink enough — not by counting calories, but with a living, fillable food pyramid. Optionally, ArcVita connects your nutrition with migraine, cycle, shift work, medication and movement, and makes patterns visible.

Everything stays on your device. No mandatory cloud, no account, no ads, no telemetry.

THE FOOD PYRAMID
• Fillable slots instead of typing numbers — just tap.
• The shape is the recommendation: wide at the bottom (more), narrow at the top (less).
• Adapts to your diet: balanced, vegetarian, vegan, low-carb or your own.

NUTRITION & FOODS
• Over 290 curated foods, fully offline — including brands and dishes.
• Calorie and macro goals (carbs, protein, fat), meal logging, daily dashboard.
• Fast logging with favorites, "recent" and "copy yesterday".
• Let goals be suggested automatically (Mifflin-St Jeor, optionally with exercise calories).

DRINKING
• Real vessels instead of abstract milliliters — tap instead of typing numbers.
• Drink goal via slider, gentle reminders.

DIARY (modular, all optional)
• Daily check-in: mood and strain.
• Cycle, medication, blood pressure, skin/symptoms, shift work — only what you need.

HEALTH
• Health Connect: steps, exercise minutes and sleep are imported automatically.

INSIGHTS
• ArcVita finds patterns locally across all areas — such as "migraine two days before the period".
• Simple statistics, no AI, no server. Correlation is not causation — ArcVita shows relationships, not diagnoses.

REMINDERS
• Fully configurable: text, time, repetition — optionally tied to conditions, e.g. only if you have had too little to drink today.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
• Encrypted local database.
• Encrypted backup with a password (export and import).
• Doctor's report as PDF and CSV.
• A truly dark mode — easy on the eyes for light sensitivity and migraine.
