aRDP is a secure, SSH capable, open source Remote Desktop Protocol client that uses the excellent FreeRDP library and parts of aFreeRDP. Its features include:

- Remote desktop control of computers running any version of Windows except Windows 10 Home. Install a VNC server for Windows 10 Home and use bVNC
- RDP File support in Pro version
- Full Ubuntu 22.04+ support
- Remote desktop control of Linux computers with xrdp installed.
- Master password in aRDP Pro
- MFA/2FA SSH authentication in aRDP Pro
- Sound redirection in in aRDP Pro
- RDP Gateway Support
- SDcard redirection
- Console mode
- Fine control over remote desktop session styling
- Multi-touch control over the remote mouse. One finger tap left-clicks, two-finger tap right-clicks, and three-finger tap middle-clicks
- Right and middle-dragging if you don't lift the first finger that tapped

I liked the apps scaling. Had to disable unicode input to get nested rdp sessions keyboard working. 4 stars, only cause the "simulated" mouse mode is not the greatest. Using 2 fingers to scroll, scrolls in a too big of a chunk, and it's hard to scroll down just a tad scroll. Need to be able to adjust the sensitivity of that. The mouse right click (2 finger hold?) doesn't always work and holding to grab a window and drag is finicky. Official MS RDP app works better for the simulated mouse

I tried three other remote desktop apps to connect to my Ubuntu desktop. One of them disconnected every two seconds (literally), one of them showed a corrupted static screen, and one of them wanted me to register my computer with their web service before it would connect. This app on the other hand just works, just like Giordano's great vnc viewer. The one thing missing is the "sound on device" option, apparently only in the pro version, but that's a bonus more than an essential.

It's hacker tool, the app used my Cardinals of my remote computer and they hacked my computer and encrypt all my files and ask to pay them money to decrypt my files I Don't Recommend to any the app owner will use your information and login to your computer and they encrypted

Gave this a try since the Microsoft one is broken (can no longer connect to domain joined PCs). I found the Microsoft one pretty intuitive. The user interface on this is horribly unusable. Can't even get to move the mouse properly. It pans the screen instead.

Can't connect to rdp server with RD Gateway. Application write that gw certificate is not trusted, but certificate signed by zerossl.

Screen just goes black when trying to connect. No progress bar or status visual indicator what's happening. It was almost like my phone powered off, such a bad UX.
