After updating the app, it no longer works! The QR code will NOT scan no matter what I do. I called support twice, and they just told me to uninstall and reinstall. I have done that several times, and I've restarted my phone - it still does not work. Now my kiddo is getting marked absent by the system every day. Technology is so frustrating. I'd rather just go back to signing him in/out on a piece of paper!

This app is horrible and a waste of time it's always down and logs you out in the midst of check in I didn't have one problem with the cards like I do with this app

Every time I have to scan my kids in and out of daycare, an I use the app to scan the schools QR code but when I do it doesn't act right. Every time I scan the codes the app will close and say It's stopped working. Also, when I scan the code as the app closes I get a notification saying that it's been saved to my clipboard. I have to reopen and scan the QR code about 5 times before it actually accepts the check in or check out.
