I'm a VP of Product Mgt for a platform which has 2 apps, so I'm always hypercritical about apps. However, Ar moire has clearly made a number of significant updates as the app worked well for me. I also found it to be better than using the website on my phone which is not always the case with other apps (especially Android apps which are difficult to develop for compared to iOS).

App doesn't open correctly on Android. Was basically working fine until the most recent November 2021 update. Cannot use anymore, even after clearing app data and cache.

App says network issue when I try to log in. Reinstalled to see if that helped, but I encounter the same issue.

I got a lot of clothes that didn't fit and there is no way to exchange them for other sizes unless you pay for the unlimited subscription. I decided to cancel and got a message that said I needed to return my rented clothes by the end of the day to avoid getting charged for another month. I completed the return in time but was still charged for another month b/c the info that said there was still time to return was a glitch. Rather than acknowledge the glitch they just refused to refund me.

Unable to sign into the app with my Gmail acct. Every time I click to sign in with my gmail address it states 'network issue'
