★★★★★ Love the direct contact with the banking staff. Fast, professional and friendly. 5 stars for employees. App still needs to be upgraded. Messages can be deleted, anytime but the warn indicator can not be Removed unless you uninstall the app on your phone and re-install it which will reset the warning indicator sign. This app is SO EASY and I appreciate the employees' :happy to help" attitudes.

★★☆☆☆ Closed our online account due to fraudulent activity. Okay. I get that. But, they could have given us the option of changing our account. I can't use the online portal to keep an eye on funds. I've called and begged for help. Nope!! Ordered a new debit card 2 months ago, and it is still not here. We have money deposited in that bank, and they refuse to verify it with our valid information.

★★☆☆☆ Retrd devs keep making me sign in after updating. Save the profile. I should probably close my account since this bank only annoys me after buying out my original bank. Service sucks, benefits sucks and the app sucks too. Yay Armstrong bail bonds. I would rate zero stars if possible.

★★☆☆☆ UPDATE: I don't like that one minute it shows you have a said amount, which is correct, but then it adds more to it when that can really mess some of your client's up, but yet I guess that's okay as long as you all get overdraft fees!! Changed from 5 stars down to 1 because since this new updated it doesn't work near as well and the new layout I don't care for either and how you have to hit more tabs just to get to 1 area when used to all you did was hit 1 tab not 3. Bad update all the way around
