What's the point of having an e-ticket if the barcode reader doesn't work 9/10 times on the bus? And the driver always asks to check it on the reader,

E-tickets are never checked or simply don't work, the app is slow, buses and trains are never there in time or are cancelled, the information regarding strikes and cancellations is inaccurate or simply untrue. I can't count the number of times I've stood at Heerlen station waiting for a bus or train replacement that would never show up. The app completely useless and will actually jeopardize your commute; get 9292. I'm done calling my job that I've once again missed the train or bus.

So, doesn't open the browser to buy tickets, ones you buy one, it won't open it on the app. Nice completely not useful app!
